Why refer here?
Your patient has probably already been told their scans are "normal" or that there's not much more to try. When you send them to us, you're the one who found the piece everyone else missed — an upper cervical misalignment disrupting the very nervous system that runs everything else. We take it from there: a real assessment, an honest answer, and if we're a fit, a clear path forward. If we're not, we tell them that too, and we keep you in the loop either way.

Provider FAQs
Common questions from referring offices
What if my patient isn't a fit for corrective care?
We'll tell you and your patient honestly. If QSM3 corrective care isn't the right fit, we'll say so at the Report of Findings — no upsell, no runaround — and help point them toward the right kind of care. Either way, we keep you in the loop as the referring provider.
How quickly will you see them?
Most referred patients are contacted within hours and scheduled for their New Patient Visit within a few days. If you flag something time-sensitive, let us know in the referral and we'll prioritize it.
Will my office get updates on their care?
Yes — check "Send clinical updates to my office" on the referral form and we'll keep your team posted as your patient moves through evaluation, findings, and care.
What conditions do you typically help with?
Headaches and migraines, vertigo and dizziness, neck and back pain, sciatica, POTS and dysautonomia, and a range of nervous-system-related concerns — the full list is in the "Areas of concern" section above. If you're unsure whether something fits, ask — or send them in for a Clarity Call.
What does the initial visit cost?
Cost depends on the referral type you select (consultation only vs. consultation + evaluation) and we'll always go over it directly with your patient before anything is scheduled — no surprises for them or your office.
Can I refer more than one patient?
Absolutely — just submit this form again for each patient, or call our office directly and we'll take it from there.
